Our Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction with every service we carry out. We take pride in our work, which is why we share it on our social media channels.
If anything is not as it should be after we have finished with your vehicle, please contact us within 24 hours with photographs. We will arrange a time to put it right and talk anything through with you directly.
Booking Deposit
We ask for a £10 deposit per vehicle to book a valet or a detail. The deposit comes off your total balance. For example, if your valet is £65, you then pay £55 on completion by bank transfer, cash or card.
We confirm attendance once the deposit has been paid into our account. If the deposit for a vehicle is not paid, the booking for that vehicle may not go ahead.
Cancellation
Please give us at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment. This gives us time to offer the slot to another customer.
If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, 50% of the quoted price is payable to our account, because we are very unlikely to be able to fill the appointment at such short notice. For example, if your valet was quoted at £100, the amount payable would be £50.
If we cannot complete your valet for any reason, we will offer you a priority booking at your earliest convenience.
Heavily Soiled Vehicles
If a vehicle is heavily soiled, for example with pet hair, mud or sand, we will tell you when we arrive and before we start. Depending on the condition of the vehicle, the additional cost is between £20 and £90, which reflects the extra time the interior takes at our hourly rate.
For example, a vehicle used for dog grooming or for carrying dogs regularly may carry the additional £90. We are always reasonable about soiled vehicles and will always explain any extra charge before the work begins.
Payment
Payment is due on the day of the job or before, unless we agree otherwise when you book.
You can pay by BACS bank transfer, card, cash or PayPal on completion. We do not accept cheques.
Before We Arrive
Please make sure all valuables are cleared from your vehicle before we start.
Prices on this website are starting prices. They vary with the size of the vehicle and the location, and we always confirm the price with you before we begin.
