Ride Effect was founded by Raj Bhogal in 2021 and began with cleaning cars for friends and family. It has since grown from a one person project into a trusted detailing partner looking after entire vehicle fleets for businesses, working alongside major automotive names including Mercedes. Care at Your Premises
Scheduled Care Where Your Vehicles Are Kept
Fleet care is carried out at your own premises, so your vehicles can be cleaned where they are parked during the working day, in your car park or yard. We plan the visits with you around how and when the vehicles are used, so the work fits around the way your business runs.
Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm, and Saturday visits are available by appointment only. So that we can work safely and thoroughly, each vehicle needs to be accessible, with enough space around it, and all valuables should be cleared from it before we start.
Fleet care is available in Bedford and across Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire, Northamptonshire and London, including Luton, Milton Keynes, Cambridge, Northampton and Towcester. Prices may vary depending on location, so please tell us where your vehicles are kept, and whether they are spread across more than one site, when you get in touch.

Mixed Fleets

We look after cars, vans and trucks alongside each other, so a mixed fleet can be cared for on one schedule. When you tell us about your vehicles, it helps to describe them by size: small cars such as a Fiat 500, medium cars such as an Audi A3, large vehicles such as a Range Rover Evoque, and extra large vehicles such as a Ford Transit van.
Vans and trucks that are used every day pick up dirt inside and out, and they receive exactly the same method and the same standard as every car in the fleet. Whatever the vehicle, the wheels, paintwork, glass and interior are all looked after, so a van or a truck leaves as presentable as the cars around it.

Our Method
One Method Across the Whole Fleet
Every vehicle we clean goes through the same method, in the same order. The wheels are cleaned, faces and inner barrels, and a citrus pre wash is applied, including the door shuts and sills. A snow foam pre wash follows to loosen dirt before the paintwork is touched, then the vehicle is washed by hand with the two bucket method and pH neutral shampoo, rinsed and dried with microfibre towels.
Consistency matters to a business, because your vehicles are often the first thing a customer sees of you. A safe, consistent method keeps every car and van presentable, helps protect the paintwork from the swirl marks that unsafe washing and drying can cause, and means you know what to expect from every visit.
