Our Guarantee: We guarantee 100% satisfaction when completing our services, we pride ourselves on all of our work, which is why they are posted to our social media channels. If for whatever reason, something is not as it should be after leaving the vehicle, please contact us within 24 hours with images, so we can offer a time to rectify and discuss anything with you directly.

Cancellation Policy: All clients must offer 48 hours notice if they wish to wish to cancel there appointment, which should allow us time to replace the appointment with another client. If you cancel your appointment. If you cancel in less than 48 hours, Ride Effect LTD would require 50% of the payment to be paid to our account. (Example you cancel, and your valet was booked in, and
quoted £50 you would be liable to pay £25 [50%]) to our designated bank account, as it is highly unlikely we can use that appointment for another client in such short notice, therefore leaving the business without another job to attend. If we cannot complete the valet for whatever reason, will offer a priority booking to you at your earliest convenience.

Heavily Soiled Vehicles: If your vehicle(s) are heavily soiled, from pet hair, mud, sand, or any other grime sort substance we will inform you when visiting you of this. Depending on how soiled the vehicle is, the additional cost could be as little as £20 or as much as £90 depending on how soiled the car is.
[Example if the vehicle has been used for dog grooming or chauffeuring dogs around the price
could be an additional £90 which is purely made up of our hourly rate (as it will take longer to complete the interior of the vehicle)]
Please note: we are extremely reasonable with soiled vehicles and will tell you prior to starting the service.

Booking Deposit: As of the 01/10/2021 we require a £10 deposit, per vehicle, if booking in your valet. The deposit of £10 will come off your total balance, for example if your valet is £60, you will then pay £50 via bank transfer, cash or card on completion of the valet. [Failure to pay the deposit, per vehicle could potentially void your booking as we will only confirm attendance once the deposit has been paid into our designated account.]

Payments: All payments must be paid on the day of the of the job or before, unless stated otherwise when booking.
Payments can be made via BACS, Card, Cash or Paypal on completion
Please note we do not accept cheques.
